On paper ... this looked easy. It wasn't.
7 rounds for time:
- 10 Medball Cleans (20#)
- 10 Burpees
I did it in 12:43 ... it sucked.
Then I did Oly class ... and even after I did a leg heavy workout I PR'd for my 3 rep in Back Squat. My previous was 265 x 3 and tonight I did 275 x 3. GTs ...
