Yeah, so I haven't updated in a while. It's been a tough few weeks and unfortunately I have fallin' off track and have gained some weight back.
But I am back at it officially today.
This is the schedule I plan on keeping for the next 6 weeks.
Monday - 6AM CrossFit
Tuesday - 6AM CrossFit
Wednesday - 6AM CrossFit
Thursday - Day Off / 30min Low Impact Cardio
Friday - 6AM CrossFit
Saturday - 9AM CrossFit
We'll see how it goes ... also, I'm getting back on track with my diet. Tried strict Paleo and that wasn't for me ... but I am going to adopt some Paleo principles with my Zone Diet.

Was the strict paleo that wasn't for you the Cordain low-fat variant? Those of us that follow a more orthodox version of paleo find his to have a few strange quirks. You can find the several paleo variations here: Paleo Diet Introduction.
