Day 38 : First RX! w00t!

So today we did the following workout ...

4 rounds for time:
500m Row
Med Ball Clean - 20lbs.

Finished it in 17:30

And I RX'd it! I did the fully prescribed workout without having to scale! I am stoked! I want to try to RX at least 1 WOD per week ... we'll see if that happens.
