This one SUCKED! I did the following:
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20mins
10 Hang power snatch each arm - 30lbs
15 Dumbbell swings - 30lbs
20 Squats - 30lbs
I did 4 full rounds + 10 HPS (each arm) + 3 Dumbbell Swings.
Then we did Oly Class and I was able to Clean and Push Press 115lbs.
Going to bed. Good night.
