Today was a good classic workout ...
Shoulder Press : 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1
Push Press : 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3
Push Jerk : 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5
Weight: 45, 55, 65, 85, 115
I felt really strong all the way through this one and pushed myself hard on the last set and it felt REALLY good.
I'm doing "Fight Gone Bad" tomorrow ... it's a tough one.
